Blackhawk Binding

The Raiden Blackhawk by Nitro is our most versatile performance binding. The new Premium Control ankle straps are ergonomically shaped for a solid foot hold, providing even pressure over the foot for those riders that like to crank it down. From straightline descents to hot laps in the park, this binding delivers.

Features

New 2X4 Mini Disc
We completely redesigned our signature Mini Disc with some additional features. The weight has been reduced using a fiber-reinforced composite material, allow- ing the binding to be mounted and micro-adjusted on any common 2x4 insert pattern.
Multi Density Eva Heel Dampening
EVA footbeds provide great shock absorption from big drops and they dampen vibration for increased comfort and improved control.
New Air Window
The integration of a lightweight air bag into the flex window provides more controlled dampening.
Speedwheel Aluminum Buckles
Ultra lightweight aluminum levers with an injected ratchet roller wheel for fast, effortless entry, zero slip and unmatched reliability.
Canted Base Dampening
Integrated 3mm EVA base canting eliminates pressure on the joints for more time riding and easier board control even on wide stances.
FTI Chassis
The Fast Track Interface chassis is our perfect blend of fiber reinforced nylon and T6 aluminum to create an ultra lightweight binding with incredible response and enhanced board feel all without the rigidity of a 100% metal binding. Our exclusive Fast Track system securely attaches the heel cup at the front of the binding without hardware, which increases leverage and transfers power faster from heel to toe.
LSD - Ladder Speed Device - Alignment

Asym Type R Highback
Our asymmetrical highback designs are built for the quickest response from rider to board. The Asym design better accommodates today’s stances from 21 inches and up. To ensure maximum response and align the pressure to the middle of the boot, the highback support axis is shifted 5 degrees inwards. Better edge hold, comfort and lightweight, what more could you ask for.
Premium Control Cut Ankle Straps
These straps are bigger and have more area to cover the ankle. Combined with our ultra soft, super foam and internal 3D molded frame, this means you can crank these straps down even tighter without getting any pressure points.
Cable Connector Strap
The cable connector strap features an internal stainless steel cable to eliminate stretch and breakage while retaining full flexibility and tool free adjustment.
Revert Window Toe Straps
The Revert toe strap construction nicely follows the shape of any boots toe box. You can wear it either in front of your boot to pull the foot back and down or traditionally over the top of the boot like a conventional strap. Converted in just seconds, of course, tool free!
